Responsibilities of SBA_AP_Payments_SSC

• Oversee and manage the overall financial operations within the treasury and finance department.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounts reconciliation and payment processing.
• Utilize accounting software and SAP/ERP systems for efficient data management and financial reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards (both Indian and International) and ensure compliance in all financial operations.
• Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen in financial decision-making processes.
• Exhibit entrepreneurship in identifying and implementing strategies for financial growth and efficiency.
• Foster a global mindset in managing financial operations, considering global trends and impacts.

Functional Competencies

• Treasury & Finance: The candidate should have a strong understanding of financial management principles and be able to manage the company's treasury effectively. This includes managing cash flow, forecasting financial needs, and making investment decisions.
• Accounts Reconciliation: The candidate should be proficient in reconciling accounts, ensuring that the financial records are accurate and complete. This includes identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
• Payment Processing: The candidate should be adept at processing payments, including managing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Accounting Software Proficiency: The candidate should be proficient in using accounting software to manage financial records, generate reports, and perform other accounting tasks.
• SAP/ERP Data Management: The candidate should have experience in managing data in SAP/ERP systems, including data entry, data analysis, and data reporting.
• Accounting Knowledge and Accounting Standards (India +International): The candidate should have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and standards, both in India and internationally. This includes knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
