Job Description

You should have knowledge of SWIFT Message formats and standards, and be well-versed in MT to MX message transformations/changes along with their region-specific nuances. You should also be familiar with sanction flows using PACS & CAMT (ISO20022) message formats. Your exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills will be crucial in influencing stakeholders and working closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. You are expected to possess advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills. Moreover, you should have fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills, experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations, and competency in Microsoft applications and JIRA. A track record of following through on commitments is essential, along with excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience in leading and developing top-performing teams, being familiar with Agile concepts, and being a self-starter who takes end-to-end ownership are also desired qualities. Proficiency in stakeholder management will be an added advantage.,
