Job Description

Job Summary:

ServiceNow Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements for
CSM, ITBM, and HRSD
solutions.

Process Analysis:
Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization within the ServiceNow platform.

Solution Design:
Develop and document solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.

Configuration & Customization:
Collaborate with development teams to configure and customize ServiceNow, including workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts.

Integration Management:
Oversee integrations with internal and external systems using
REST, SOAP, and other web services
.

Testing & Validation:
Create and execute test plans to ensure the solutions meet requirements and function properly.

User Training & Support:
Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring effective utilization of
CSM, ITBM, and HRSD
solutions.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, and process workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a
ServiceNow Business Analyst
or similar role.

Hands-on experience with
CSM, ITBM, and HRSD
modules within ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of
ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and integrations
.

Experience with
REST, SOAP, and API-based integrations
.

Ability to create
technical documentation and process flow diagrams
.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in
agile methodologies
is a plus.

ServiceNow certifications (CSM, ITBM, HRSD) are preferred.
