Finding techniques for effective squad backlog management.Helping the squad understand the need for clear and concise backlog itemsCoaching the squad Leader to arrange the backlog to maximize valueSCRUM MASTER SERVICE TO THE SQUADCoaching the squad in self-organization and crossfunctionalityHelping the squad to define the stories and create highvalue productsIdentification and Removing impediments to the squads progressFacilitating Scrum events as required requested or neededCoaching the squad in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understoodThe Expertise Were Looking ForBachelor degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering/ Information Technology, Information System 11 13 years of Financial IT industry experience5plus years in Scrum master role either in SAFE or Spotify modelsStrong team player that thrives in a collaborative environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsQuick learner and a great team playerExperience in the financial services industry, preferably in the Mutual Fund environment, is a plus.Project People Management is a plus.It is desirable to have a Scrum Master CertificationMandatory SkillCertified Scrum MasterAgileSAFEBanking Domain
