Job Description

  • 3+ years of experience in

    B2B sales

    for lighting, switchgear, and retail electrical wires.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, OEMs, panel builders, and dealers.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting lighting solutions, switchgear products, and wires.
  • Manage channel partners and expand dealer networks for better market reach.
  • Handle project sales: prepare BOQs, submit quotations, and negotiate pricing.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track competitors, analyze market trends, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for supply, pricing, marketing, and technical support.
