We have an opening for B2B Sales role in HR solutions

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing deals, and post-sales relationship

management.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize client value.
Serve as the clients trusted partnerunderstanding needs, solving challenges, and ensuring

repeat business.

Growth Enablement

Drive lead-to-revenue funnel efficiency by supporting sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
Build playbooks for scalable growth (client acquisition, retention, upselling).
Conduct market/competitor research to identify expansion opportunities.
Design dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.

Operations & Execution

Oversee end-to-end program operations (expert onboarding, client coordination, delivery

execution).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
Manage vendor/expert relationships and ensure timely execution.

Strategic Projects

Work closely with leadership to design and implement growth initiatives.
