Business Development Executive – B2B Sales (Food & Nutrition Raw Materials)

About the Role

Fenchem India is seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive with proven experience in B2B sales within the food and nutrition industry. This role requires a strategic mindset, a passion for client engagement, and the ability to drive revenue growth through value-based selling of raw material solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and engage potential clients in the food and nutrition sector

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

· Present product solutions effectively, highlighting key benefits and applications

· Track industry trends, conduct market research, and identify new opportunities

· Provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare performance reports

· Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain

· Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field

· 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in food/nutrition raw materials

· Strong understanding of ingredients used in food and nutritional products

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

· Willingness to travel across India as required

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

  • Commission pay
  • Yearly bonus

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
