Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development

Identify potential clients and execute strategic sales plans to grow market presence.

• Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong client relationships with top-tier service.

• Product Presentation

Showcase products with a clear understanding of benefits and applications.

• Market Research

Track industry trends and conduct market analysis for innovation opportunities.

• Sales Forecasting

Prepare detailed forecasts and sales reports; identify improvement areas.

• Team Collaboration

Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain for aligned sales strategy.

• Trade Shows & Events

Represent Fenchem at industry expos and connect with potential clients.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
• Proven B2B sales track record
• Deep understanding of animal feed and agrochemical products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools & MS Office
• Willing to travel across India for business growth

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
• Yearly bonus

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
