Your Mission:

• Hunt & Hustle: Identify, approach, and onboard clients in the personal & home care industry.
• Be the Expert: Confidently present products, offer solutions, and provide technical insights.
• Relationship Ninja: Build lasting partnerships with key accounts and always be the go-to person.
• Market Maven: Keep tabs on trends, competitors, and opportunities that give us the edge.
• Numbers Pro: Forecast, track, and report sales performance with clarity and accuracy.
• Team Player: Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, and Supply Chain for smooth execution.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Fenchem at top trade shows and events to build leads and visibility.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in Personal or Home Care raw materials
• Familiarity with ingredients used in skincare, haircare, and household products
• Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
• A self-driven, team-oriented, growth mindset
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools & MS Office
• Willing to travel across India for business growth

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
• Yearly bonus

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
