Location: Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new opportunities in construction, coatings & inks, adhesives, rubber, and plastics sectors
  • Execute strategic plans to drive revenue and market expansion
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key clients

Client Engagement & Support

  • Act as the main point of contact for client needs and inquiries
  • Deliver technical product presentations and negotiate contract terms
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Market Intelligence & Product Feedback

  • Conduct market research on trends and competitor products
  • Liaise with internal teams to relay client feedback for product improvement

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams to meet client delivery needs
  • Participate in trade shows and industry exhibitions to represent Fenchem

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in performance materials or industrial chemicals
  • Knowledge of formulations and raw materials for coatings, adhesives, or plastics
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
  • Highly motivated, analytical, and a team player
  • Willingness to travel within India as required
