B2B SALES MANAGER

Role Description

• Develop and execute targeted B2B sales strategies to promote Mirza International’s products and manufacturing capabilities to footwear retailers, wholesalers, and brands worldwide.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities/customers.
• Perform detailed customer analysis to position the company effectively in the market.
• Utilize advanced LinkedIn tools such as 

  Sales Navigator

   for lead generation, outreach, and relationship building.
• Create and manage professional communication, including persuasive email campaigns and other client-facing materials.
• Play an active role in Product Development - Developing customer specific samples at appropriate prices.
• Maintain and follow a Product Development cycle for each customer according to the customers internal PD timelines. 
• Travel and meet customers world-wide for in-person meetings, showcasing product, taking feedback and pushing growth of the business. 

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in LinkedIn tools, particularly Sales Navigator, is essential.
• Familiarity with additional sales and marketing tools is advantageous.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Exceptional email drafting and client interaction capabilities.
• Footwear experience and knowledge is required.
