Job description:-

Its is a pioneering transparent liquid glass coating developed with advanced

Japanese nanotechnology. Applied to any glass surface, it blocks up to 85% heat and 99%

UV rays, delivering 15–20% energy savings for over a decade. Trusted by 5-star hotels,

hospitals, corporates, and commercial properties, it is setting new standards in

energy efficiency and sustainable innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and acquire new B2B clients including builders, architects, facility managers,

hospitals, hotels, airports, and corporate offices.

 Pitch as an energy-saving, sustainable solution through consultative and

solution-based selling.

 Conduct product presentations, site visits, energy savings analysis, and ROI-based

discussions.

 Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow through with negotiations and closure.

 Maintain strong post-sale client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

 Collaborate with the application and technical teams to ensure timely project execution.

 Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and submit regular performance reports.

Candidate Profile:

 2–5 years of experience in B2B solution selling, preferably in energy efficiency,

construction, building materials, or technical products.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

 Proven success in high-ticket or consultative sales environments.

 Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.

Mandatory Requirements:

 Must own a 4-wheeler vehicle and be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site

assessments.

 Willingness to work in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.

 Prior exposure to sustainability-focused or energy-efficient product segments is a plus.
