B2B Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the assigned state/region.

2. Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales
3. targets.

4. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers to expand the company's market presence.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic
6. partners.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

8. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

10. Develop and implement effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products/services and build brand awareness.

Preferred candidate profile: MBA in Sales/Marketing

Experience:

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of channel partners management
• Effective management of branding vendors
• Should have excellent MS Office and Presentation Skills
