B2B Sales Manager

As the B2B Sales Manager for EC-Council's Middle East Sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for our offerings, focusing on revenue and profitability. Your responsibilities will include identifying, building, and managing the Total Addressable Market in the assigned region to meet organizational goals. You will establish and nurture relationships with enterprise, channel, and academia partners to drive business development. A key aspect of your role will involve designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence. You will be expected to identify new opportunities, drive change, resolve issues, and gather competitive insights that will impact our sales growth and profitability. Your expertise in B2B sales and business development, particularly within the Telco, Financial, Consulting, or Training industries, will be essential for success in this role. In addition to managing the complete sales process, you will conduct product demos and presentations for potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. Collaboration with the marketing and customer success teams will be vital to driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your deep understanding of technology and the cybersecurity market trends will be advantageous in this dynamic role. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong presentation abilities are essential for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to address and resolve any customer issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
