Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients professionally
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Demonstrate strong objection-handling and sales closing skills
  • Maintain consistent performance in achieving sales targets
  • Make 100+ calls per day with diligence and energy
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Mandatory Skill Sets

  • Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
  • Experience in voice process or BPO/call center environment
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
  • Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Skill Sets

  • Background in stock broking or financial markets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice-based sales or customer service role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
