As a B2B sales executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with clients and building strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Initiating and nurturing strong relationships with C-suite client stakeholders. - Understanding client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions. - Identifying and seizing fresh business opportunities with existing customers. - Collaborating with internal teams to deliver creative solutions that support customer goals. - Exhibiting outstanding communication skills when interacting with internal teams and clients. - Meeting personal targets and contributing towards team targets. - Creating and delivering engaging presentations to C-suite executives. - Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions. - Leading negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable deals. - Developing sales strategies, presenting proposals, negotiating, and closing deals. - Working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contractual agreements meet client and company requirements. - Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Utilizing market insights to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement. - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and deal pipelines in CRM. - Providing regular reports on business development activities, progress, and achievements. - Developing and executing strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue. - Building and maintaining relationships with international clients. - Fostering long-term partnerships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. - Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure effective execution of business development strategies. - Tracking and analyzing key metrics and market trends to measure the success of business development initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Good communication skills and presentability. - Graduate degree. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools and presentation skills. - Ability to build strong client relationships. - Background in direct selling, preferably from EdTech industry.
