Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Partnerships team to drive CSR collaborations, build long-term client relationships, and deliver measurable impact through education-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage CSR partners, foundations, and corporates.
• Pitch Buddy4Studys solutions through impact-driven narratives that showcase both ROI and social outcomes.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction and program renewals.
• Drive negotiations, close agreements (MoUs/partnerships), and ensure smooth program execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technology, impact) to deliver on partner expectations.
• Track, report, and analyze partner engagement, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in CSR partnerships, key account management, or business development.
• Proven track record of relationship management and closing partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the education or social impact sector is an added advantage.
