With 100K+ bookings and a 4.6+ user rating, we are building a strong digital-first brand to expand our reach.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented B2B Partnership Executive to drive strategic partnerships and corporate sales in the on-demand services and maintenance sector. This role involves identifying potential business clients, forging strong partnerships, and growing revenue through tailored service offerings such as AMC contracts, and on-call maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire B2B clients across segments like Hotels & Restaurants, Corporates, and Property Developers.
  • Pitch on-demand maintenance and service solutions (AC repair, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) to potential partners.
  • Create and deliver compelling partnership proposals customized to each business’s operational and service needs.
  • Build and manage regular follow up and close high-quality deals.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners to increase lifetime value and recurring revenue.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations and service delivery teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine partnership strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in services, maintenance, facilities management, or on-demand platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
  • Ability to understand and sell technical services like AMC, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
