The ideal candidate must have good English communication skills and the ability to handle B2B sales activities through calls and chat. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct B2B outreach through calls, emails, and chat support. ● Identify and connect with potential business clients. ● Present company products/services professionally and confidently. ● Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into clients. ● Manage and update sales records, client database, and CRM (if required). ● Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. ● Build long-term relationships with business customers. ● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support. Requirements ● Good English communication (verbal & written). ● Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. ● Ability to handle B2B conversations professionally. ● Basic computer knowledge and comfortable using chat, and email. ● Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
