Rapido Cabs made its debut on May 2023, marking the commencement of its services in eight cities. Notably, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi stand out as the primary cities for this initial launch. However, the ambitious plan includes an extensive expansion to encompass over 50 cities in the coming 12 months.

Job Summary:As part of the 3PL B2B team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end daily marketplace operations, driving performance metrics, and ensuring seamless execution of SLAs. This role directlyimpacts the company's business growth by optimizing operational processes, improving efficiency, and driving supply. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong excel skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Operations Management• Own the end-to-end delivery experience from order inflow to successful delivery.

•Coordinate with ground teams, city leads, and central ops to ensure operational excellence.

•Identify and close operational gaps through SOPs, tech improvements, or on-ground fixes.

•Use advanced Excel and data-driven insights to monitor performance and solve business problems. Process & Implementation
•Design and roll out new processes and operational strategies across PAN.

•Proactively collect on-ground and stakeholder feedback to improve and optimize workflows.

•Own implementation of new initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Supply etc.) to ensure smooth collaboration.• Ensure alignment between client expectations and Rapidos service delivery.

Job Requirements:
2-3 years overall experience

MBA Preferred

Strong proficiency in Excel and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent project and people management skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, and deliver results under tight timelines

High levels of ownership, dedication, and a strong bias for action.

Knowledge or understanding of logistics / last-mile delivery / marketplace operations is a strong plus.
