Designation: Content Writer (B2B Marketing/ SEO)

Location: Spaze Itech Park, Sec-49, Gurgaon

Qualification: Graduate

About the role:

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation on topics of SEO, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing:

  • Write in-depth blogs on SEO/marketing; produce high-impact copy for home/product pages, CTAs, sales pages, pillar content.
  • Refresh and optimize existing content to defend/improve rankings.
  • Own SEO content strategy across blogs, landing pages, and resource hubs.
  • Partner with designers/developers to publish search-optimized pages.
  • Measure and iterate using CTR, bounce rate, dwell time, conversions.
  • Finalize on-page elements (H1s, metas, alt text) and perform high-level editing/QA for accuracy and SEO compliance.

2. SEO Strategy & Technical Coordination

  • Keyword Strategy:

    Research high-potential topics, map to buyer journey, and classify search intent (informational/commercial/navigational).
  • On-Page Optimization:

    Optimize structure, keyword integration, internal links, titles, and metas.
  • Content Gap Analysis:

    Assess competitors to identify gaps and build topical authority.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Track traffic, rankings, and visibility via Google Search Console and SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush).
  • Technical Liaison:

    Coordinate with Web Dev to flag/priority-fix indexing errors, broken links, and speed issues.

3. Content marketing across the full funnel:

Ensure strategy and content are executed end-to-end. Publish website pages with developers/designers, coordinate on-time social publishing, and work with the video team for fully optimized releases. Distribute every blog across channels and own the content-driven organic growth journey.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years writing on SEO/Digital Marketing; B2B experience preferred (demand/growth/performance; B2B SaaS plus).
  • Strong portfolio across blogs, landing pages, and website copy.
  • Demonstrated CRO/engagement lifts via copy tests and A/B experiments.
  • Analytics-savvy: GA4, Hotjar, and A/B testing tools.
  • Cross-functional collaborator with clear, professional communication.
