Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Manager based in Bengaluru South. The B2B Manager will drive business growth by developing effective business plans, building and managing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for sales operations. Responsibilities include strategizing customer acquisition plans, maintaining strong client communications, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting sales and growth targets. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to align strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning to identify market opportunities and formulate strategies.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in managing Sales Operations activities and achieving targets.
• Proven track record in business development and B2B sales is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the technology or digital marketing industry is preferred.
