Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive

    B2B business development and client acquisition

    across India.
  • Onboard and manage agents/partners

    working with the UK market (education, recruitment, banking, or related sectors).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    education consultants and agents

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    KYC and regulatory norms

    for UK bank account services.
  • Manage

    reporting, pipeline tracking, and data-driven insights

    to support growth.
  • Travel extensively (

    70%

    ) across India for client and partner engagement.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience

    in B2B business development, client acquisition, or agent onboarding.
  • Proven exposure to the

    UK market

    (education, recruitment, banking, or related projects).
  • Strong

    relationship-building and partner management skills

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Willingness to

    travel extensively

    across India (up to 70%).
