jd - Responsibilities: Lead Identification & Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target companies and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within specific industries. Utilize various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM data, industry reports, online directories) to find key decision-makers and their contact information. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to proactively identify new lead sources. Outreach & Engagement: Initiate outbound communications via cold calls, personalized emails, and professional social media (primarily LinkedIn) to engage with prospects. Craft compelling and customized messaging that resonates with target audiences and highlights the value proposition of our products/services. Develop and execute multi-channel outreach sequences/cadences to maximize engagement and response rates. Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery conversations with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points. Assess lead quality based on predefined criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline - BANT, MEDDIC). Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities, interactions, and progress in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Track key metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and insights to sales and marketing leadership. Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and gather feedback on lead quality. Work with the marketing team to align on messaging, campaigns, and content strategies to optimize lead generation efforts. Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead generation processes and strategies.
