Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new business development.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales activities.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop targeted sales initiatives.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales in the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions for IT infrastructure management (e.g., monitoring tools).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
