Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

· Generating New Business:

Identifying and prospecting potential clients (corporate), often through networking, lead generation, and market research.

· Building Relationships:

Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.

· Understanding Client Needs:

Actively listening to client needs, conducting thorough needs assessments, and identifying potential solutions.

· Presenting Solutions:

Developing and presenting tailored solutions that address client needs and demonstrate the value of the product or service.

· Negotiating Contracts:

Negotiating terms and conditions, finalizing deals, and ensuring contract compliance.

· Managing Existing Accounts:

Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

· Achieving Sales Targets:

Meeting or exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's overall success.

· Collaboration:

Working closely with internal teams like marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve company goals.

· Staying Informed:

Keeping up with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge

Key Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, build rapport, and establish trust.

· Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions, close deals, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

· Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify client challenges, develop effective solutions, and analyze sales data.

· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry and products/services being sold. Experience in Electronics industry preferable.

· Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales.

· Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adjust to changing market conditions and customer demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
