Role Overview: You are applying for the position of Content Marketing Specialist at Pixelo, a new age B2B demand generation and product company. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth and lead generation objectives. You will lead a team of content associates and freelancers to create engaging, SEO-optimized B2B content across various platforms. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholder management will be crucial to ensure content alignment with GTM campaigns and client goals. Tracking performance metrics and optimizing content strategy based on data-driven insights will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will maintain and refine Pixelo's and client-specific brand voice and editorial quality while spearheading the development of thought leadership content. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with growth and lead generation objectives. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content associates and freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality output. - Guide the creation of engaging, SEO-optimized B2B content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, landing pages, website copy, and email sequences. - Partner with internal teams to align content with GTM campaigns and client goals. - Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversion. Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve content strategy. - Maintain and refine Pixelo's and client-specific tone and messaging across all content assets. Ensure consistency and quality. - Spearhead the development of thought leadership content and identify new content formats and distribution channels. Qualifications: - 4 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or digital marketing space. - Proven experience managing content teams and leading content strategy. - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail. - Strong understanding of SEO analysis, keyword research, and content optimization tools. - Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot, Notion, Grammarly, etc. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver consistently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to content planning.,
