Job Description

Hi We are hiring for Leading ITES Company for Collection - Process Trainer Role Job Description: Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience gained account receivables. Continuously revise training material, Quality checks & Standards and implement changes wherever needed Report on effectiveness of training and coaching interventions (pre & post) Ensure all training is followed by an assessment of understanding Operate within the set policies Person Specification Advanced interpersonal and customer service skills A customer focused, enthusiastic and flexible approach Excellent written, verbal and presentation/facilitation skills Ability to accurately interpret information as well as demonstrate satisfactory problem solving skills Ability to comprehend and apply program policies and procedures in an effective manner Competencies/Skills: Should be highly process oriented Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach and inspire staff Operational knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to problem solve. Self-development skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize Ability to identify training needs and prepare modules accordingly Qualifications: Graduate Desirable: Financial background with STRONG O2C account receivables experience as collection agent.
