Job Description

Job Title: Azure Virtual Desktop

Experience- 6-10 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

Experience in End User Computing - AVD
Service Now
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Windows Domain knowledge
Experience in VDI Services (AVD)
Virtualization design, support, and administration
Experience in Terminal Services design support and administration
Experience in Virtual Application and Desktop design, support, patching, engineering, and administration.
This includes tasks like image creation, VM deployment, performance monitoring, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of the AVD infrastructure.
Addressing complex issues and performing root cause analysis for End User Computing problems.
Ensuring proper authentication and authorization for users accessing AVD resources.
Staying up-to-date with the latest security patches, software updates, and version upgrades for the AVD environment.
Utilizing Azure Update Manager to deploy updates to AVD hosts.
Creating, updating, and responding to monitors for the AVD environment to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Addressing incidents and performing system troubleshooting activities, potentially requiring escalated access privileges.
Understanding client needs and translating them into AVD solutions.
