Candidate should be expert in Admin operations of Azure Virtual Desktop (formerly Windows Virtual Desktop or WVD) Azure WVD administration and configuration Performance tuning, design and build WVD infrastructure Maintenance & support WVD infrastructure up-to-date and improving the service WVD Image creation and life cycle management Monitor the availability and performance to ensure improved user experience Patching Windows workstations through SCCM /Intune technologies and share the compliance report as applicable Troubleshooting application install failures, apply fixes, and document the Knowledge Base Attend daily and weekly meeting with EUC Offshore lead and provide status update on task Adhere to ITSM process as defined
