Job Title: Sr. Cloud Solution Architect

Location: Mohali

Your Impact:

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will architect, implement, and lead high-performing Azure Cloud and DevOps practices for large-scale eCommerce projects. You will ensure that the cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance, while mentoring a high-performing DevOps team and driving governance, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, implementation, and management of Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations.

2. Oversee large-scale eCommerce projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.

3. Provide hands-on expertise in Kafka, in-memory databases, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, Kubernetes (K8s), and Akamai.

4. Drive governance, security compliance, and policy enforcement across cloud and DevOps environments.

5. Manage and mentor a DevOps team, ensuring delivery excellence and technical growth.

6. Oversee release management processes, including CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and deployment strategies.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement architectural solutions aligned with business requirements.

What You Bring:

1. Azure Certified Solutions Architect credentials with deep expertise in Azure cloud technologies.

2. Proven experience in leading DevOps teams and delivering large-scale, high-availability eCommerce solutions.

3. Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Kafka, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, Akamai, and in-memory databases.

4. In-depth knowledge of security principles, governance, and compliance in cloud environments.

5. Hands-on skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates), CI/CD tools, and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).

6. 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

7. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
