Azure DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure Developer with a strong background in .NET Core and Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in building scalable enterprise applications, designing cloud-native solutions, and integrating advanced Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, ADF, Functions, and Cosmos DB. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performing, secure, and maintainable cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications using .NET Core, C#, and Azure services.
• Implement and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines, Azure Functions, and Azure Web Jobs for automation and data processing.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI services for intelligent and generative AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful Web APIs and microservices with Entity Framework and SQL Server backends.
• Work with Cosmos DB and other Azure data storage solutions for large-scale data management.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through best coding practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of total software development experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in.NET Core, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, Web API, SQL Server.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure ecosystem including:
• 3+ years of experience in Azure OpenAI
• 3+ years of experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• 3+ years of experience in Azure Functions
• 3+ years of experience in Azure Web Jobs
• 3+ years of experience in Azure DevOps
• 3+ years of experience in Cosmos DB
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development patterns.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and Git-based workflows.
• Deep knowledge of security best practices, application performance tuning, and cloud cost optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

• Experience integrating machine learning or AI services within enterprise solutions.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹390,171.62 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
