Azure Developer (with Salesforce DevOps Experience)

Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Azure Developer with hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD practices is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Azure PaaS services, integration tools, and scripting, along with exposure to version control and automation pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy solutions using core Azure services including: Logic Apps Azure Data Factory Azure Functions API Management App Services Azure SQL / Cosmos DB Integrate systems and data sources using REST APIs , Webhooks , and Azure connectors. Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions across cloud environments. Utilize GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins , or other CI/CD tools for automated deployments. Ensure code quality, version control, and DevOps best practices. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions. Optional: Provide support for Salesforce DevOps environments using tools like Gearset, Copado, SFDC CLI, and Salesforce DX. Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in: Azure Logic Apps Azure Data Factory Azure Functions API Management Azure App Services Azure SQL / Cosmos DB Strong scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or Go). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems ( GitLab , GitHub , etc.). Knowledge of cloud security, performance tuning, and cost optimization. Preferred / Optional Skills: Salesforce DevOps experience with tools like: Copado Gearset Jenkins GitLab Pipelines SFDC CLI Monitoring and diagnostics with Azure Application Insights . Azure Storage Accounts. Exposure to modern Web App Development . Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure development. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204 – Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure) are a plus. Salesforce Developer certification is a plus (optional).
