Required Skills:

Specific requirements of this unique demand/role:
Testing capability with some exposure to data science products.
Testing capability with ETL knowledge, SQL knowledge, Pyspark Knowledge, Python knowledge and PYTEST knowledge.
Resource will be spending a portion of time automating standardized testing using pytest.
The remaining portion will be spent creating test cases and standard testing of features.
Must be a quick learner and expectation is to hit the ground running.
Nice to have - Knowledge of GCC, Knowledge of MDH and Knowledge of GCC landscape (if not there, we can train quickly).
Must be a collaborative resource, not competitive.
Remaining 50% FTE RPLN and Billing will come from Bolt project, but resource will be embedded in ODE team.
Must have capability to self manage test plan, timing, estimation of tests - work under the guidance of a tech lead - and ability to create a test framework for the product as a whole.
Knowledge and SME support on testing front can be provided by CRM hub test lead if required.
Identifying and implementing process improvements that improve the level of delivery while finding optimization opportunities
Should be able to analyze, evaluate and communicate risks ahead of time, in conjunction with component team manager.
Test Delivery Assurance complying with Shell standard tools and framework.
Adherence of timelines when applicable.
Work closely with data engineers, solution architect and data scientists
