Job Summary

AWS Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for AWS services and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across

  EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, CloudFormation

  , etc.
• Manage and document incidents, resolutions, and best practices.
• Collaborate with AWS teams globally under a follow-the-sun model.
• Maintain AWS knowledge and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of total experience;

  3+ years hands-on in AWS

  .
• Active AWS Certification (Solutions Architect / SysOps).
• Strong understanding of

  networking, security, storage, databases, and cloud infrastructure

  .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• AWS Professional Certification, ticketing tools experience, and exposure to global support operations.
