AWS Connect Lead

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end to end technical delivery of contact center modernization projects using AWS ConnectCollaborate with architects product owners and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and implementation plansDesign and develop custom contact flows IVR systems and integrations with CRMs and third party platformsGuide the development team in implementing AWS services such as Lambda Lex Polly S3 DynamoDB and CloudWatchEnsure high availability scalability and security of the contact center infrastructureConduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the contact center ecosystemStay current with AWS innovations and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field6 plus years of experience in software development and cloud technologies2 plus years of hands on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS servicesStrong understanding of contact center technologies including IVR CTI call routing, and real time analyticsExperience with RESTful APIs microservices, and serverless architecture.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Node.js or JavaExcellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and their integration with Amazon Connect.Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI and CD pipelines.Exposure to AI and ML capabilities for enhancing customer interactions.
