Managed day to day operations across AWS and Azure cloud environments ensuring availability scalability and compliance
Monitored infrastructure using Amazon CloudWatch and Azure Monitor analyzed performance metrics and responded promptly to incidents Provided Linux administration across cloud instances focusing on SAP applications Ensured security compliance by performing regular OS patching implementing security best practices and applying remediations to strengthen system security Executed ICS security remediations to close compliance gaps and enhance the organizations cloud security posture Handled backup and restore activities manual and automated snapshots to ensure data protection and business continuity Supported Amazon RDS across multiple database engines MySQL MSSQL and PostgreSQL managing provisioning backup and recovery performance tuning schema level changes and user access Managed ServiceNow SNOW tickets for incident problem and change management assigned tickets to team members and acted as the ServiceNow Manager to oversee ticket flow and resolution Conducted daily huddle calls and email updates reviewing open issues progress and operational priorities Troubleshot and resolved deployment issues across AWS ECS EKS and Elastic Beanstalk environments ensuring smooth container and application rollouts Drove cloud cost optimization by analyzing resource utilization and implementing right sizing strategies Worked on GitHub Actions for CI CD automation and AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning and management as code
