As a seasoned Marketing professional at the VP level, you will play a critical role in driving lead generation initiatives, developing new client pipelines, and managing key enterprise accounts in the commercial real estate industry. Your deep understanding of commercial real estate leasing, corporate accounts, and client relationship management will be essential in this high-impact role focused on strategic client acquisition and revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategic Lead Generation - Identify, target, and generate qualified leads among large enterprises (Fortune 1000, MNCs, BFSI, Tech Parks, etc.) for commercial interior design and build projects. - Build and manage a prospecting pipeline aligned with the company's target segments. - Utilize a data-driven approach to map industry sectors, emerging office developments, lease expiries, and potential relocation opportunities. - Market Intelligence & Research - Leverage existing relationships in IPCs, real estate forums, landlord networks, and brokerage ecosystems to source high-value opportunities. - Engage with channel partners to consistently feed qualified leads into the sales funnel. - Collaborate with brokers and landlords to participate in early-stage client discussions. - Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with design, operations, and delivery teams to understand project types and ideal client profiles. - Provide feedback loops to marketing, strategy, and delivery teams for campaign refinement and service offering alignment. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - 12+ years in business development or leasing in IPCs or RE firms - MBA preferred - Strong connects with CXOs and RE decision makers - Excellent communication and presentation skills **Why Join Us ** - High-growth opportunity in a tech-led design & build venture - Opportunity to lead large-scale projects - Flat structure, high ownership - Attractive incentives and ESOPs In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing real estate venture that aims to transform how brands find, design, and manage their commercial spaces.
