As an Operations and Business Development Manager, your role will involve a range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning and growth of the company. **Role Overview:** - Recruitment of Quality Manpower without any shortages at sites - Conducting Site Surveys and preparing Reports - Training and Development of Employees - Handling Crisis and Disaster Management - Conducting Operations Review for continuous improvement - Implementing Rewards and Recognition Programmes - Developing Cost Reduction Plans to enhance efficiency - Ensuring Overall Operational Profitability - Generating MIS Reports for management review **Key Responsibilities:** - Business Development Management including the generation of Business Leads - Planning and Execution of Proposals and Presentations - Conversion of Business Leads into opportunities **Qualifications Required:** - Master's degree preferred - Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility Management - Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility Management Operations and Business Development The company provides the following benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Please note that proficiency in English is required for this position.
