AVP/DVP - Commercial Real Estate - Bank

Role Overview: As an AVP/DVP Commercial Real Estate at this leading Bank, your primary responsibility will be to manage sales and relationships within the Real Estate or Construction finance sector. Your role will involve: Key Responsibilities: - Closing deals and creating financing plans for customers - Developing analytical models for investors and credit underwriters - Collaborating with sales, investors, and other agencies for placements, due diligence, documentation, and final closing - Handling classes, lease rental discounting transactions, high yield agreements, and unique scenario arrangements - Generating ideas for financing, restructuring, settlement, and advising mandates in coordination with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs - Evaluating the real estate asset class comprehensively - Maintaining constant interaction with coverage teams, agencies, investors, and internal partnerships - Crafting financing solution pitches and organizing suitable credit solutions Qualifications Required: - At least 6 years of work experience in Sales or Relationship Management in Real Estate or Construction finance - Strong comprehension abilities in assessing the real estate asset class - Knowledge of real estate funding, construction finance, debt capital markets, sales, relationship management, origination, and high yield agreements If this challenging and dynamic role excites you, please send your application to shivani@thepremierconsultants.com.,
