As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for owning and leading the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all business lines. Your primary focus will involve ensuring alignment with workforce planning and organizational priorities. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior leadership and HRBPs to anticipate talent needs, establish proactive pipelines, and drive executive-level hiring efforts. It will be crucial for you to implement scalable and inclusive hiring processes, utilizing technology, employer branding, and market intelligence to attract top-tier talent. Furthermore, you will be tasked with leading and mentoring a high-performing TA team to drive operational excellence, diversity hiring, and enhance candidate experiences. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale and senior-level hiring processes, preferably within the financial services sector. A proven track record of developing talent strategies, optimizing recruitment operations, and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders is essential. Your success in this role will also depend on your deep understanding of market trends, sourcing channels, and employer branding strategies in a competitive talent landscape.
