As an Assistant VP Sales at SolarYaan, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and market penetration in the renewable energy sector. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee sales activities, manage client accounts, and optimize sales operations for Hybrid Inverter, ESS, and BESS products. Qualifications: - Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management. - Proficiency in Sales Operations and Business Development. - Proven experience in strategic planning and market analysis within the renewable energy industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Knowledge of energy storage systems (ESS) and battery energy storage systems (BESS) is highly advantageous. - Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.,
