Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work closely with middle management team of Partners for day-to-day business-related activities like scheduling big day drives, RnR programmes, claims settlement tracking, policy cancellation refunds etc.
Identify and nurture talents within the team and prepare them for career progression.
Responsible for meeting Sales, Revenue, and Product-wise targets of the designated state, ensuring profitable growth.
Account management including Sales and Financial reconciliation, liaising with PLM team for timely payout settlement of partners headquartered in the designated state.
Extensive travel across allocated geography, meeting partners and customers as per pre-approved travel plan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify new partnership opportunities and pass leads to Business Development team.
Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
