Role & responsibilities NetCom Learning is seeking an AVP, Product Marketing to lead a team of product marketers, craft compelling go-to-market strategies, and drive brand awareness and lead generation for our vendor solutions. Preferred candidate profile Lead & mentor a high-performing team of product marketers focused on B2B & B2G growth. Shape product positioning & storytelling to drive engagement and sales enablement. Own the marketing strategy for assigned vendors, aligning with sales & inside sales teams Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across content, digital, social, and automation tools. Drive key KPIs: lead generation, learner acquisition, and revenue growth. What You'll do? Lead & Execute Product Marketing Strategies Own the go-to-market approach, positioning, and messaging for key vendors & target audiences. Sales Enablement & Collaboration – Educate internal teams on solution messaging, value propositions, and customer challenges to optimize sales conversations. Campaign Management & Lead Generation – Develop 360 marketing strategies, including content, digital, social media, and AI-driven campaigns to drive engagement. Market Insights & Customer Journey – Leverage data and market trends to refine customer journey mapping & product lifecycle strategies. Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership – Craft compelling storytelling & marketing narratives to position NetCom Learning as an industry leader.
