AVP - Presales (UI/UX)

Role Overview: You have 12+ years of end-to-end UX practice, with at least 5 years in a leadership, consulting, or presales capacity. You have demonstrated success in shaping complex, high-value engagements that align design solutions with business goals. Your responsibilities include presales UX solutioning, effort estimation, and bid support. You are experienced in workshop facilitation, including Design Thinking, co-creation, and innovation. You excel in UX strategy, roadmapping, and storytelling for executive audiences. You can influence without authority and have the ability to raise organizational design maturity. Additionally, you have a working knowledge of AI/ML use cases and human-AI interaction principles. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the presales efforts in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry - Strategize UX solutions and drive user experience design - Engage in presales activities - Conduct workshop facilitation, including Design Thinking, co-creation, and innovation - Excel in UX strategy, roadmapping, and storytelling for executive audiences - Influence without authority and raise organizational design maturity - Demonstrate a working knowledge of AI/ML use cases and human-AI interaction principles Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - 12+ years of end-to-end UX practice with 5 years in a leadership, consulting, or presales capacity - Proven track record in presales - Strong skills in experience design, solutioning, user experience, and UX presales If you are passionate about UX, have a proven track record in presales, and possess the skills required for this role, we invite you to apply for the position.
