AVP- OTC Project Sr Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst with OTC Operations or Projects experience in the Funds Change team, your role will involve contributing to client onboarding and change projects within the Services organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing process analysis and designing solutions to meet client or operational needs - Delivering Business Requirements, preparing BRDs, testing plans, and overseeing testing on new system developments - Cooperating closely with business stakeholders, Product, Technology partners, and clients to align vision and strategic goals - Taking proactive actions to minimize and mitigate implementation and project risks - Challenging the status quo and displaying initiative and innovation in finding solutions - Managing client and business ad-hoc queries and requirements - Analyzing proposed system changes and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology deliverables - Contributing to project plans to assess resource requirements and timescales for execution - Assisting project managers in creating/updating Project Charter, Project Plan, and Executive MIS dashboards as required Qualifications required for this role include: - 7-9 years of relevant operational experience in the Investment Banking Domain - 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Change Management unit or operational improvements area - Deep subject matter expertise across OTC Derivatives products and their lifecycle, along with knowledge of complex assets like Swaption, XCCY Swaps, OIS, FX Swaps, IRS, and more - Understanding of Listed instruments, Fund Accounting, Collateral Management, and their workflow - Experience working with complex assets within derivative operations or related project functions - Thorough understanding of financial and capital markets - Very good command of English - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines - Capability for project management when required - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical skills - Flexible approach and willingness to work in flexible shifts - Knowledge of MS Visio, Power BI, and SQL is advantageous - Working knowledge of Derivative Ops within systems like Aladdin, Calypso, Markit TM, or other complex assets systems Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Please note that this job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.,
