Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs and preferences, and analyse market trends.
Oversee branding efforts to build and maintain a strong company image and customer engagement.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.
Manage the marketing budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Generate reports and presentations on marketing metrics, campaign performance, and strategic initiatives for senior leadership.
Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the security sector.
Analyze marketing performance, identify challenges, and develop and implement solutions to improve results.
Additional Responsibilities in the Security Industry:
Develop and implement risk management strategies, including compliance with relevant regulations.
Have a comprehensive understanding of asset and information protection principles and how they apply to various security solutions.
Develop and implement customer engagement programs, including events and promotional campaigns, for target groups such as specifiers, consultants, and builders.
Lead the development and launch of new security products and services.
Ensure compliance with local and state guidelines regarding emergency and security.
