Job Description

The details of the position are:

The positions main responsibilities are:

  • Development of Liability LOB underwriting strategy and policies, in alignment with global and regional underwriting guidelines, including implementation of the strategy.
  • Responsible for managing the underwriting performance of the local LOB portfolio, including delivering the GWP and NTR plan.
  • Ensure adherence to LOB underwriting governance per the underwriting framework within the local portfolio.
  • Responsible for strengthening and managing relationships with market stakeholders to drive business (customers, brokers, associations)
  • Provide leadership and nurture talent, including enhancing LOB underwriting technical skills.
  • Member of the QBR, Underwriting Performance Committee, and Management Team Meetings
