Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AVP/GM/Manager- Business Development . The role involves strategizing and implementing business development plans, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a team to achieve business targets. The candidate will be responsible for market research, and marketing initiatives, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining high standards of service excellence.

The position may be based out of Chennai/ Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and owner relationship skills.
• Experience in market research, sales, and marketing initiatives
• Proficiency in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and ensure compliance with company policies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
