Were looking to expand our sales team with driven professionals who thrive in a high-performance, target-oriented environment. Depending on the candidates experience and expertise, we have AVP, DVP, and VP roles available.

This is a front-line sales role with defined annual targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through origination of leasing transactions in the corporate and cleantech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Build and manage long-term relationships with emerging, mid-sized, and large corporates to achieve annual sales and revenue targets in leasing.

-Strengthen existing client relationships to generate repeat business, new opportunities, and referrals.

-Conduct initial risk assessments and negotiate transaction terms within acceptable parameters.

-Develop and maintain strong connections with OEMs, vendors, and other stakeholders through regular meetings and touchpoints.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deal processing, conversion, and disbursement.

-Proactively assess and prioritize deal opportunities to maintain a strong, conversion-ready sales pipeline.

Location:

Open positions in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune, Gujarat, and Kolkata.

Experience & Qualifications:

-515 years of experience in front-line B2B sales roles, managing corporate clients in a bank or financial institution.

-Graduate/Postgraduate with a finance background (preferred).

-Experience in equipment finance and leasing is a strong plus.
